Email Form Generator

Once filled out and submitted, this page will create a HTML document in your home directory. This document will be capable of capturing user input, via a FORM, and mailing it to you. It is not intended to create a finished product, rather a template from which you can mold your page form. More information on cgiemail can be found here.

NOTE: When uploading text files from DOS/Windows platforms via FTP, use the ASCII file transfer mode. This will insure proper CR/LF conversions.
